Protecting patient privacy is fundamental to our practice. We strictly adhere to all HIPAA regulations regarding Protected Health Information (PHI) and follow the minimum necessary standard when sharing information for treatment, payment, and healthcare operations. That’s why all our first-time patients receive a Privacy Notice and are asked to sign a Confidentiality Agreement.
