Both our Batavia and Aurora offices offer convenient care hours listed on each page of our site. Please see the information below for details regarding our after hours instructions.
Convenient Care Hours are Now Available!
You spoke and we listened. We know life doesn’t always happen according to plan. We now provide convenient care through extended office hours to address later evening and weekend appointments. Please take note – extended evening hours are intended as a convenience for our patients. Our office telephones are covered by our answering service each day at 4:30 p.m. at both locations and at 12:00 on Saturday at our Batavia office.
Batavia Office Hours
- Monday: 8:30 am – 5:00 pm
- Tuesday: 8:30 am – 5:00 pm
- Wednesday: CLOSED
- Thursday: 8:30 am – 5:00 pm
- Friday: 8:30 am – 4:30 pm
- Saturday: 8:30 am – 12:00 pm
(Closed each day from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm)
Aurora Office Hours
- Monday: 8:30 am – 5:00 pm
- Tuesday: 8:30 am – 5:00 pm
- Wednesday: CLOSED
- Thursday: 8:30 am – 5:00 pm
- Friday: 8:30 am – 5:00 pm
- Saturday: CLOSED
(Closed each day from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm)
After Hours Contact
If you need to reach your physician for an after hour’s emergency, you may call the office number directly. Our answering service will contact your physician, or the physician on call who will contact you to discuss your care and treatment. All non-emergency calls, including prescription refills, should be made during regular office hours.
Before contacting the physician after hours, please be sure to have the following information:
- Your pharmacy with telephone number
- Allergies to medications
- Current medications
- Medical conditions
- Pencil and paper to write down your instructions
If you feel you have a medical emergency, seek the appropriate medical care immediately.
